Overview

KhelCourt brings a city's futsal grounds, cricket cages, and multipurpose courts into a single app. Players see real availability and book in a few taps. Court managers run bookings, hours, and revenue from one dashboard.

The Problem

Booking a court meant working the phones.

A player picked an arena and called to ask what was open. If their time was gone, they started over. Call the next arena, ask again, wait. There was no single place to see what was actually free, so a simple Friday-night game turned into a chain of calls and dead ends. Plenty of players just gave up and stayed in.

On the other end, court managers fielded those calls all day, tracked slots in their heads or on paper, and had no clean view of who was booked, who was serious, or how the week was really going.

Market Gaps

Nothing connected the two sides.

Every arena ran on its own phone line. Players had no map of what existed and no way to see availability; managers had no tools to publish it or protect against no-shows.

01

No central listing

Every arena lived on its own number. There was no single view of what existed nearby.

02

No real-time availability

You couldn't see open slots without calling, and managers had no way to publish them.

03

Manual coordination

Bookings happened over calls and messages. Easy to double-book, easy to lose.

04

No commitment

Nothing tied a caller to the slot they claimed, so managers held times for people who never showed.

05

No tools for managers

No dashboard for hours, pricing, images, or any read on how the business was doing.

06

Hard to get discovered

Newer or lesser-known arenas had no way to reach players across the city.

The Solution · Players

See what's open. Book it in a few taps.

Every onboarded arena, one app. Browse, check the real schedule, request a slot.

Centralized discoveryEvery arena in one feed. Filter by sport, area, time.
Real availabilityA court's open and booked slots, before you commit.
Request to bookPick a slot, send a request, it moves to pending.
Confirm & pay upfrontA partial payment locks the slot for both sides.
KhelCourt discovery screen: sport and location filters above a list of nearby arenas with their sports tagged.
Court detail and slot schedulePicking a date and a half-hour slot, with booked times marked in red, next to a player profile.
Request to confirmationA player's bookings list showing pay-on-spot and paid states, beside the in-app inbox.
Booking Lifecycle

From "is it free?" to game on.

Every booking moves through the same clear states. Players know where they stand. Managers keep control of their courts.

A request stays pending until the manager confirms. A partial upfront payment then holds the slot, so no one's holding a court for a caller who never shows.

The booking lifecycle across five screens: discover an arena, pick a slot, the manager reviews the request, the booking is confirmed, and the team plays.
